    My 8-yr-old inherited our family anxiety issues. We are only half way through this book and I can already see it is helping him understand that HE is in control of his responses to life, and giving him new tactics to overcome everyday stresses. It is worded very well for the elementary-age group, and very encouraging about emotions like worry being perfectly normal. It is written so you can read it in nice, short sections, just a few pages at a time, so they don't too bored.
