Very positive, colorful and full of great information for youngsters and their parents.
We decided to do one reading and activity section each day. To my surprise, my daughter began writing away in the journal portion after reading a bit. This book does a great job making kids feel comfortable and encouraging them to not fear mistakes. What I love most about this book is, it has been the spark to start a few really fun and important conversations in our family.
I recommend this book for all who want to bring hope and joy back into the lives of children. If you use only one to two things from this book, your money will have been well spent. But you won't. You will find that all of the activities are fun, worthwhile, and effective.
I received an electronic version of this book as a gift from the publisher. The opinions are my own.
