    It is disappointing to know when one of family member gets diagnoised by adhd. When you come back to reality, I recommend to read this book. If you have read books like DSM-5 you can easily understand symptoms of adhd. This book brings out all those medical terms into simple easily understandable terms. You will be able to understand symptoms & non-medical treatment for adhd. If you are reading this review, you are in similar boat. I emphtize with you & just believe that adhd is treatable like any other disorder, although bit difficult in the begining. Good luck!

I read the whole book at once its so well written and so kind to your child, doesn’t put them down just give no none sense methods of how to improve all areas of your child life in positive way.
